Terms of Service
Last updated: 21 July 2026
These terms govern your use of the Expiroo mobile app. By using the app, you accept them.
Acceptance
By downloading, installing or using the Expiroo app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Closed beta
Expiroo is currently in closed beta on Google Play. While we develop the app, features may change, break or be removed, and access is granted through the Google Play beta programme.
Licence to use the app
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Expiroo on your own devices for your personal use. You may not resell, redistribute or reverse-engineer the app except where the law allows.
Premium purchase
Expiroo offers a Premium upgrade as a one-time purchase, not a subscription. It is sold through Google Play, and refunds are handled under Google Play’s terms.
Food safety
Expiroo helps you keep track of dates; it does not test food and cannot guarantee that any item is safe to eat. Dates are guidelines — when a food looks, smells or tastes off, or its use-by date has passed, throw it out, and always follow the storage and use-by instructions on the package. When in doubt, throw it out.
Limitation of liability
Expiroo is provided “as is”. We are a small independent developer and do our best to keep the app working, but we cannot guarantee it will be error-free or always available. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from using the app, including spoiled food or missed reminders.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the app evolves. The version published here is always the current one; continued use after a change means you accept it.
